COVID-19 Protocols

At City Dental of Wellington, your health and wellbeing will always be our primary concern. As we continue to work through what we hope is the last throes of the pandemic, our office will continue to use the utmost care to protect our patients’ health.

From the onset of the pandemic, we instituted several new safety processes to limit exposure to the virus. Our safety protocols abide by all the recommendations from the CDC as well as local, state, and federal authorities. For your wellbeing, these procedures will remain in place until said authorities have advised that it is safe to lift them.

Some of our safety procedures include:

  • Patients are to remain in their vehicles and notify us when they’ve arrived for an appointment. When your dentist is ready, we will contact you and ask you to enter the office.
  • To maintain social distance, we will only allow patients with an appointment into the building. Only exceptions will be for young patients or patients who need assistance or younger patients who require the presence of a parent or guardian.
  • All patients are required to wear a mask or facial converging when entering the building. We DO NOT have enough to supply you with a facial covering, so you must bring your own.
  • Before you enter our practice, we will take your temperature and ask a few questions about your health and recent travel history.

To go along with the above procedures, our team will routinely disinfect every surface and remove any common-use items like magazines to avoid contact as much as possible.

We understand that some patients might find these procedures inconvenient, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please keep in mind, every protocol we have in place is designed to keep you safe and healthy.

If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact our office, and a member of our staff will be happy to review our procedures with you.

Once again, thank you for your understanding.

Wishing you good health,
The City Dental of Wellington Team
